Every cleaning plan is customized to your facility. Depending on your scope of work, recurring service may include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping; trash and recycling; restroom cleaning; breakroom cleaning; accessible surface dusting; reception and client-facing areas; fingerprints and smudges; interior entry glass; and restocking client-provided paper products and soap.

PRIORI does not currently provide biohazard or sharps cleanup, medical instrument sterilization, regulated bodily-fluid remediation, hazardous-material cleanup, pest-waste removal, or high-access work requiring specialty equipment.

Specialty services outside our standard scope can be discussed during your walkthrough.

Pricing is customized to your space and service needs. We consider factors such as facility size, type of business, cleaning frequency, traffic level, current condition, and the scope of work required.

PRIORI completes a complimentary walkthrough before preparing your proposal so your pricing reflects your actual facility rather than a generic cleaning package. Recurring commercial cleaning starts at $100 per service.

Cleaning schedules are customized around your business. Depending on your space and needs, service may be scheduled multiple times per week, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as a one-time service.

Yes. PRIORI provides the standard professional cleaning supplies and equipment required to complete your service.

Facility consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided by the client. We're happy to restock those products during service at no additional charge.

Yes. We complete a complimentary walkthrough before providing your final quote.

When needed, recurring relationships begin with an initial reset clean. This gives us the opportunity to bring the facility to the agreed starting standard before regular maintenance service begins.

Yes. PRIORI provides vacant-unit turnover cleaning for apartment communities and property managers, as well as recurring cleaning for leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, fitness centers, and shared spaces.
